We have a house (for real this time)!
We finally have a signed contract for a house!
This one is two-story, 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths, with a room on the lower level that can be converted into a bedroom by installing a window. It's got a workshop that we plan to expand, a sunroom, a decent-sized kitchen, and a nice fenced-in backyard with a gate leading to park land. And lots of kids in the neighborhood.
Not our first choice house by far, but it's ours, dammit.
