More network woes

Long version: Someone finally made it out to check out our DSL outage. Said they'd come between 8am and noon today. Actually came at 2pm. *grumble* Turns out it's a software issue that probably could have been resolved without anyone coming out, but apparently the problem is pretty widespread, so lots of confusion has resulted. So it should be fixed within 24-48 hours.
