Actually, I think the CIVIC hybrid by honda does come in a manual (as well as their Accord, due out this year) I wish I had the extra $$ to buy a new car, because a hybrid would definatly be it. Can't justify the cost just yet though, we are still trying to recover financially, maybe next year.
