Progress

I found a new route to work this morning that cuts a good 15 minutes off my commute! Actually, it was a route I tried before, but it got all trafficky at one point. But, I found a route around the trafficky bit. Yay!

DS1 walked in to school this morning, instead of insisting that I carry him. Also progress! He was really quiet when I left him, but at least he wasn't screaming and clinging to me.

Yesterday was one of those days when you stay home because you're expecting someone to come between noon and 5pm, and of course they don't show up until 4:45pm. *sigh*

Edit: Oh yeah, and DS2 slept in until 5:45 this morning, instead of 4:30. I think a later bedtime helped with that. So maybe we should try keeping him up until 8:30 instead of letting him conk out at 7 from now on.

Sounds like good progress. And yes, I hate it when they come at the last possible moment. How could they not know they were going to take that long? I just don't understand 5 hour windows.
