My brain doesn't want to turn on today. Doesn't help that I was busy all morning with DS2's doctor's visit. Maryland requires lead testing for all children in daycare, which mean he got to get blood drawn. Fun.

So currently, I have just my little laptop computer, which is cute, but cramped. The desktop computer is due to be here next week sometime. But yesterday, I realized, wait, I still have my monitor... so I hooked it up and now I have twice the display I did before! Bwah hah hah! Problem is, I can either work on the higher desk, which has the displays at a comfortable level but is just high enough to make me have to rest my wrists on the table, or on the lower desk, which is kind to my wrists, but makes me have to hunch down to see the display. Bad ergonomics all around. I did put in an order for a keyboard tray, but I'm not sure how long it will take to get here. My wrists are starting to complain, so perhaps I will move the setup to the lower desk after all...

I would use the lower desk, and save your wrists. Try using reams of paper to prop up your monitor. (I still remember using Computer Shoppers to do that, but they aren't the 1.5in thick books they used to be) I did that at my last job, and it worked out fine. (they had me sitting at a folding table).
