Bleg: sun lamp

I've decided I should finally buy a lamp to alleviate seasonal affective disorder. Anybody out there have recommendations on what to buy and how to use it? Should I get one for my office and one for home? Recommendations and advice much appreciated.

Buy one for wherever you'll be able to use it regularly. At your desk at work probably works?
