I didn't do one of these last year, since I felt it would be incomplete, so this is really the last year-and-then-some in review. Most of my posts seem to be bragging about my kids, kvetching about my parents, or mentioning something inane. In other words, my life is pretty boring. Luckily, I have LJ to share that fact with the whole world!
June 2004: As I was finally getting around to finishing my PhD this past month, it occurred to me that it might be interesting to share my experiences as a woman in academia, especially since I already had two children as a graduate student.
July 2004: You know, if you gotta get cancer, Boston is the place to do it.
August 2004: We threw a birthday party for DS1, with lots of help from chenoameg (thank you!!).
September 2004: Either the chemo side effects are getting stronger, or I'm starting to notice them more.
October 2004: If you're reading this, you just might like thetans.
November 2004: I set up DH an account on LJ...
December 2004: As I head out the door this morning, I notice its drizzling out.
January 2005: Well I intended to stay up last night, but fatigue won out and DH and I were soundly asleep at midnight.
February 2005: Okay, so who's manycoloredeath?
March 2005: This morning, DS2 was up early and was running around as DH was getting ready to leave.
April 2005: I feel like I have to get this off my chest, because I keep picking at the memory like poorly-healed scab.
May 2005: Sheesh, it's May already? How did that happen??
June 2005: I have a numerologically significant birthday coming up next week
July 2005: Just a quick note, as I'm busy working on a time-sensitive project.
August 2005: DS1 is Four today!
September 2005:

Harry Potter Personality Quiz by Pirate Monkeys Inc.
October 2005: Sometime around 4am this morning, a noisy seal invaded DS1's room.
November 2005: Based on last years' poor turnout for trick-or-treating, we happily accepted a friend's invitation to dinner and trick-or-treating in her neighborhood last night.
December 2005: Why yes, I will be attending the AAS Meeting in January.
